We measure before we quote

This is the one category where we decline to give a price over the phone, and the reason is simple: a booster amplifies an existing signal, it does not create one. If the signal outside your building is already weak, no device at any price will help. So we begin by measuring signal strength in dBm around the building and on each floor, and only those readings decide whether boosting is the answer, what amplifier power is needed and how many antennas.

What determines the system design

• The outdoor reading and the direction of the nearest tower, which set the position and angle of the outdoor antenna.
• Area and number of floors, which set the count and distribution of indoor antennas.
• Which bands you need: is the problem calls, data, or both? A single-band device can fix half the problem and leave the other half untouched.
• Building materials: reflective glass, reinforced concrete and basements change the calculation entirely.
• Coaxial cable run lengths, because loss in the cable eats the amplifier's gain.

Antenna isolation: the condition every failed installation ignored

If the outdoor antenna sits close to or facing the indoor one, the system enters a feedback loop and shuts itself down. Adequate vertical and horizontal separation is not an installation nicety — it is a condition for the system working at all, and it is the leading reason behind devices that were bought and changed nothing.

An internet problem has a completely different answer

If the complaint is weak Wi-Fi rather than weak mobile coverage, we will not sell you a mobile booster. The correct fix is a mesh system giving one continuous network across the property, or cabled access points across larger areas. A traditional repeater halves throughput and creates a second network you must switch to manually, and we rarely recommend one.

Compliance

Mobile boosters operate on spectrum licensed to the operators, and a non-compliant device can interfere with the network and expose its owner to liability. We supply compliant equipment and state that clearly in writing, particularly for commercial premises, hotels and hospitals.

Only the bands it supports. We identify your network and the service actually failing you, then select accordingly.

What if the outdoor signal is very weak?

We tell you plainly and do not sell you a device that will not work. The alternative in that case is internet-based calling.
