Installation: where the result is decided

Most disappointing networks and PBX systems are not faulty hardware — they are poor installation. The decisions taken during installation matter more than any specification: correct positioning matched to each point's purpose, proper cable of the right type and gauge, and a clean documented layout that makes future faults quick to fix.
